  • On site Technical Support is available to any customer on a time plus expense basis.
  • In site Technical Support charges are not covered under the equipment warranty.
  • Basic troubleshooting is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A purchase order must be issued prior to scheduling a service trip. 
    No travel arrangements will be made until a purchase order has been issued.
  • Twenty-four hour technical phone support is provided to our customers at no charge.
