HORSHAM, PA – AMETEK Drexelbrook—the leader in level measurement technology—has added several new products to its line of no calibration level measurement devices.

• ThePoint RF Point Level Switch  incorporates Drexelbrook’s No-Cal technology into a point level switch that requires no calibration or set point adjustments.  Users simply install it in a tank and apply the power.  The Point detects the presence or absence of liquids, slurries, interfaces and granular material.  Its software continuously monitors an application for changes in composition, dielectric or conductivity and maintains a repeatable trip point on the probe.  It is ideal for non-dedicated tanks that are used for a variety of products.   Other RF and capacitance systems require calibration adjustments each time a process material changes.



• Z-tron III RF Level Switch offers an affordable and reliable level detection alternative to electromechanical devices for a wide variety of applications.  Drexelbrook’s patented Cote-Shield circuitry allows the Z-tron III to ignore coatings and build up on the sensing element.  Dust or tunneling do not produce false signals.  The compact unit’s all electronic design means there are no moving parts or components to jam, break or wear out.



• WELL WATCHER Level Gauging System is an easy-to-use, high-accuracy system designed for a range of applications from basic well-level measurement to sophisticated process tank level control.  The simple, reliable electronic system replaces mechanical floats and bubblers at substantially lower cost than comparable systems.  The WELL WATCHER system consists of a rugged stainless steel submersible transmitter and a fully calibrated microprocessor- controlled digital meter combined in a compact NEMA 4X meter housing.



• DM300 Series Level Measuring System takes field-proven magnetostrictive position sensing and integrates it into a patented breakthrough design for a highly reliable level sensor this is intrinsically safe and easy to install in a variety of tanks.  All of the sensor’s electronics are integrated into a 5/8’ diameter sensing tube that eliminates the need for a bulk enclosure at the top of the sensor. The DM 300 Series offers a greater number of options for insertion and mounting on tanks or inside vessels and provides cost-effective, high-accuracy monitoring for tanks up to 50 feet.
